We’re excited to announce the launch of Venture Guts, a Brandish Podcast! 

Over the last few years, we’ve seen exponential growth at Brandish. We’ve scaled to almost 4M in revenue and now have over 30 employees across three Canadian cities. We have a proven track record of future-proofing businesses on our agency side, having worked with national organizations such as Robertson College and Wawanesa Insurance. 

But despite this rapid expansion, we’ve always had that startup mindset. It’s why we’ve moved to a four-day workweek and offer unlimited paid time off – we recognize the value of thinking differently and creating new processes that work best for our employees and clients.

It’s why in 2021, we launched Brandish Ventures. We’re building and launching exciting new companies within the Brandish ecosystem, bringing our culture of being a bold creative powerhouse and enterprise solution to new companies and challenges.

And now, we’re documenting the journey through a podcast. Hosts Lee Waltham, Brandish Managing Partner and Co-Founder and Danny Wood, Brandish’s Director of Product, are sharing their insights every week (and even a few of the misses, too) on how the experience has been and what they’ve learned along the way.
